47 Tabs, Two Themes,
and a Tiny Dog in a Hoodie
The CaptionedInCaffeine universe has a Facebook feed — and it runs on espresso and barely-controlled chaos.
Let me paint you a picture.
It's 11pm. Mugsy is on his third espresso. Spro — his small, suspiciously competent Maltese co-pilot — has taken over the keyboard again. There are forty-seven browser tabs open. Three of them are playing music. One of them is just the word 'soup.'
This is not a crisis. This is Tuesday.
And somewhere in the middle of that magnificent disorder, two things are happening simultaneously: a conversation about ADHD that's actually honest, and a workshop on AI that doesn't assume you have six hours and a computer science degree.
Welcome to Captioned in Caffeine. We've been doing this on Substack for a while. But we bring the chaos — in bite-sized, daily doses — to Facebook.
🐿️ Thread One: The Squirrel Tamer Chronicles
This one's for the brains that don't run on straight lines.
The Squirrel Tamer Chronicles is Mugsy working through what it actually looks like to live with an ADHD brain — not the inspirational poster version, not the "ADHD is a superpower!" version — the 3am, "why can't I just do the thing?" version.
Seven days. A full arc: from the problem → the systems that failed → honest burnout → turning point → the tools that actually help → design → and finally, what resolution looks like when your brain isn't built for straight lines.
(Spro interjection: same, honestly. Same.)
No toxic positivity. No five-step planners that last 4.7 days before becoming a coaster. Just a genuine conversation — one that builds over a week, in short posts you can actually read between tasks.
☕ Thread Two: The Latte Logic Sessions
There are 10,000 AI tools available right now.
You need approximately three of them.
The hard part is knowing which three.
The Latte Logic Sessions are for small business owners, sole traders, and AI-curious humans who want to use AI productively, practically, and ethically — without the noise, without the FOMO, and without losing their voice in the process.
Same arc, different thread: Overwhelm → Fear and ethics → Tool filters → Workflows → Practical stack → Build toward something real → The pledge.
Mugsy runs both threads. He's equally sardonic about ADHD and AI, because it turns out both require the same core skill: figuring out which chaos is yours to manage and which chaos you can outsource to a well-prompted machine.
So What's Facebook Got To Do With It?
Think of Substack as the long-form version — the deep cuts, the full essays, the extended universe.
Facebook is the between-episodes version. The daily check-in. The post you read over coffee that makes you snort-laugh and also feel weirdly seen. Shorter. Sharper. Still entirely Mugsy.
Two series, running in parallel, across seven days. 35 posts total. Every single one engineered to be worth saving — because in 2026, a save means more than a like, and Mugsy has opinions about algorithms too.
(Spro interjection: "We also have mug slogans. Every mug is different. This is non-negotiable.")
Here's the Move.

The Squirrel Tamer Chronicles and The Latte Logic Sessions start tomorrow (22-Mar-2026). Drop a 🐿️ or a ☕ in the comments on any post to let Mugsy know which thread is your people.
Both threads carry the same voice. Same energy. Same tiny dog in a matching hoodie.
Just a little lighter on the word count.
Same chaos. Less scroll time. Your ADHD will thank you.
